Yes, this series is obviously very in tune with their target audience. Not sure if you noticed this, but in the first episode when Hiro (my favorite char btw) was in the bar with his friend. There were two guys dressed in basketball jerseys singing karaoke to a backstreet boys song ... an obvious homage to the funny internet clip of the same. definitely good stuff
