It's pretty good. It's the first of the "Total War" series I could really get into. Creative Assembly has done a good job of iterating on their basic design over 3 games now, and it shows. Its definitely not a traditional RTS at all though, more of a turn based wargame that uses a cool realtime battle engine. I definitely recommend checking it out, I think they just put out a new patch for it. Especially if you like historical strategy and the Roman setting.
